Kitsap County. Promoting our community as a fun and exciting place

Diversity: Your company will have a unique marketing opportunity
to provide name recognition to the diverse population that will
enjoy the “Old Mill Days”.
All sponsors
receive the following:
- Name recognition in association with that event
- Your organization's name announced at the event you are
sponsoring, at least 5 times per day
- Sponsor signage at the location of the event. One banner
provided by Old Mill Days for Lumberjack Sponsors. Any additional
banners to be provided by organization (limit of 2)
- Sponsor name and logo on all promotional advertising
- Opportunity for sponsor to provide promotional materials to
Festival-goers.
- Tickets to the VIP Dinner are included with the
Lumberjack, Timber Cruiser, Skidders or Harvesters sponsor
packages
- Your company's logo/web link placed on our "Sponsors" page.
SPONSORSHIP
METHODS
1. You may sponsor a
specific event. This will give your company special recognition in
all media because your name becomes part of the event. For
example: “The Kingston Lumber Logging Show”.
2. A multi-level donation sponsor ship gives you great exposure
throughout the festival without association to a specific event.
Your money will be used for a variety of festival expenses:
- Lumberjack $2,000+
- Timber Cruiser $1,500
- Skidders $1,000
- Harvesters $500

6:00 - 11:00 pm on Friday, June 8th.
SPONSORED
EVENTS
Fireworks -
The
fireworks shows will be featured on Friday, Sept. 26th, and
Saturday, Sept. 27th. Beginning at 10 PM both nights, both a truly
“Old Fashioned” display fireworks show will light up the sky .
Your organization will be mentioned both nights of the fireworks.
This package also
includes
all benefits from the “Lumberjack
Sponsor Package”:

Available
to a single sponsor, however many businesses choose to partner up
to “co-sponsor” an event.
(Maximum
of 2 sponsors).
Logging Show -
The
Old Mill Logging show will be featured on Saturday, September
27th, beginning at 2 PM. Your organization will be mentioned
throughout the logging show presentation.
This package also includes all benefits from the “Lumberjack
Sponsor Package”:
$2,500.00
Available
to a single sponsor, however many businesses choose to partner up
to “co-sponsor” an event.
(Maximum
of 2 sponsors).
NW
Team Carving Championship Finals -
The
NW Team Carvers will compete on Sunday, September 28th, beginning
at 2 PM. Your
organization will be mentioned throughout the carving competition.
This package also includes all the benefits from the “Skidder
Sponsor Package”.
$1,500.00
Available
to a single sponsor, however many businesses choose to partner up
to “co-sponsor” an event.
The
Main Stage
— The Main Stage is where music can be
heard by a variety of bans and entertainers.
This allows for the Main Stage to be presented by your
organization (naming rights) and have your organizational banners
on the stage.
Your name will be announced 5 times per day minimum.
$2,500.00
Available to a single sponsor, however many businesses choose to
partner up to “co-sponsor” an event. (Maximum
of 2 sponsors).
VIP
Reception - Mingle with all of the sponsors, local
VIPs and special guests.
Relax, eat fabulous foods and enjoy complementary beverages
during dinner while listening to entertainment from the Main
Stage.
This package also includes all benefits from the “Skidder
Sponsor Package”.
$1,500.00
Many businesses choose to partner up to “co-sponsor” an event.
Beer
Garden - The Beer Garden is one of the events that
is open Friday and Saturday Night.
Imagine hearing the announcer state “Raise your glass to
the “Your Company Name” Beer Garden Sponsor” followed by
cheers from those present.
This opportunity allows for the Beer Garden to be presented
by your organization (naming rights) and have your organizational
banners in the Garden.
Your name will be announced 5 times per day minimum.

we can customize your exposure to your needs and perceived value.
This package also includes all benefits from the
“Skidders” Sponsor Package.
$1,500.00
Many businesses choose to partner up to “co-sponsor” an event.
Entertainment
- Old Mill Days will be
providing entertainment throughout the event.
This unique sponsorship opportunity allows for your banner
to be hung behind the entertainment to be presented (naming
rights) by your organization, and your organization name announced
by the featured entertainment throughout their presentations.
There are many performances available. Please ask your
sponsor coordinator for more information.
Also includes “Harvesters” sponsorship.
$750.00
